Shania is fueled by caramel macchiatos and her passion to plan and organize out the details. Shania's drive to learn new things and step out of her comfort zone has contributed to her most recent success at Floyd's Truck Center Inc. There she has collaborated on constructing multiple recruitment campaigns for diesel technicians across their nine locations. 
Meanwhile, she vastly improved the productivity of her department by implementing strategic project management methods and procedures that ensure no small task was forgotten and streamlined meetings in regards to project updates. Shania believes clear communication and transparency is the key to a positive and thriving work environment, she practices this daily across multiple channels making sure those on her team have every opportunity to be informed and up to date.
