Due to covid, holiday parties where canceled company wide. To combat any lack of holiday cheer Floyd's began the journey to plan and execute a custom company gift box 100% in house.
Shania took this project by the horns from the conceptualization and research that went into planning what would be in the boxes, arranging the packaging with the owners of the company, ordering and tracking all the pieces and controlling any hiccups that arose due to supply chain shortages.
There was a clear goal to try and represent each of the four states Floyd's is based in as well as having items that everyone can enjoy. Each package was personally addressed to each employee and wrapped with a bow by the family owners themselves.
